What about Horsepower?
CPU (central processing unit, or "handler" for short) is the mastermind of the computer. In general, the faster the better. The processor speed measured in gigahertz (GHz) and even write these lines, and faster than the models available to work in around 4 GHz. Entry-level machines start in the 1,5-2,0 GHz and are more than adequate for web browsing and e-mail and word processing. If you have a PC with a processor speed in MHz), steer clear - they are the previous models. (Tech Note: 1 GHz is equal to 1000 MHz, and therefore the older 300 MHz system would be about seven times less power than it is today in the entry-level device.)
